NCL has a wide range of services on offer. This requires high standards within the firm, as it requires a variety of specialists and expertise in order to provide world-class services to its clients. While the company can provide most of these services by using in-house staff, some services are delivered through our strategic alliance with other firms that share our vision. The firm also employs ex-chief executives of major banks and consultancy firms who have built strong networks with colleagues.
Training
Training is the key to the success of every venture. NCL realises that for Africa, to successfully compete with the rest of the world, there is a need for its people to be trained to approach their work in a professional manner and to adopt world-class working practices. Training are delivered through NCL subsidairy International Business Coaching Academy.
Quality
Quality of performance and production is vital if Africa is to meet international standards and penetrate the global market. As part of its services, NCL will assist its clients in setting up standards and procedures that meet the requirements for international accreditation. The firm will also work with international certification bodies, to enable them to issue certificates to clients, once the required standards are met. Among the bodies the company is preparing to work with are the ISO, BS and the European Standards commission.
